2014: A season to remember for Cork County

The 2014 season came to a successful conclusion over the weekend with two big wins. It has certainly been a memorable season for the Club overall with plenty of highs including promotion to Leinster Division 1 and the nail biting victory over Donemana in the Irish Senior Cup plus one or two lows along the way too.

A big thanks to all those who helped make it possible both on and off the pitch including all the players, committee and captain’s; the ground staff of Matt and Oscar; and not forgetting the huge impact of overseas professional Stephan Grobler. Roll on 2015… #CCCC

Many thanks Ger, it was certainly a long and demanding season but promotion was a huge achievement and credit goes to the whole playing squad who made a huge commitment throughout the season and also a mention for the committee and the team off the field who helped make things run so smoothly!
